Acting on a tip, Portland Police arrested 24-year-old Jay Jenkins for Saturday night's deadly hit and run.  They say Jenkins was driving on 124th and Powell when he hit 60-year-old Douglas Miller.  Jenkins drove away and Miller died.  Jenkins was found at a house near Southeast 141st and Center street.  Police say they also found the car involved, a Subaru station wagon.  Initially, police said the vehicle was a silver mini-van, but they say they have ruled that out.  Early Monday morning, police got a warrant for the house and arrested Jenkins.  They also arrested 29-year-old Jerin Crabtree, who is accused of helping Jenkins repair the Subaru. He is charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence.  Jenkins faces several charges, including Manslaughter.
