This event is free to the community. It’s a great experience in diversity, education and sharing of
cultures. Juneteenth OR supports cultural diversity. Cultural diversity is important because our
communities, workplaces, and schools increasingly consist of various cultural and ethnic groups.
Juneteenth encourages communities to learn from one another, and through networking achieve a level
of understanding about each other in order to facilitate collaboration and cooperation. The Juneteenth
event is an historical venue to accomplish this goal.
