What:Laced Up PDX is an Annual Back to School event providing brand new sneakers to kids for their first day of school! 

The Mission:We envision every child having the best learning opportunities possible, beginning with the tools they need to succeed in the classroom. This vision can be hampered for many families by already stretched budgets. Laced Up PDX back to school event will provide students in the community with the supplies and confidence they need to succeed this school year.

When:Saturday, August 24th 2019 (private event for recipients only)

Donation Process:

Monetary Donation - Y.O.U.th (Nonprofit) is our fiscal agent, all checks are made out to them. Paypal donation button on our site is also a hyperlink to their donor page. 

Monetary donation is the best way to help us here at Laced Up PDX as this formula calls for funds in order to purchase brand new sneakers for each individual child, we have all information through registration for the SneakerList to make sure they receive exactly what they need. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE 

Our goal this year is $20,000 as we are looking to help 300 kids!!

What does a child selected for the Sneakerlist receive?- Each child selected for the Laced Up PDX Sneakerlist will be invited to our private event where each child will receive a new pair of name brand shoes, a fresh haircut & free lunch. The event also includes activities, live music, raffle prizes, workshops & resources. This is a private guestlist only event to ensure the safety and security of each child and their guardian.

How do you get a child on the Sneakerlist list?- First you must visit the Laced Up PDX website and register here after registering Laced Up PDX will review your information and hand select kids for the SneakerList, if selected you will receive a confirmation email from the Laced Up PDX team including a flyer with all event information.
