Tuesday shows police in action during their July 14 street racing operation in Portland on Swan Island.
Officers arrested two and cited 22 more during the operation. Raymond Grant, 34, was arrested after fleeing an area where at least one car was driving recklessly, according to a press release from the Portland Police Bureau.
The video released shows his arrest.
