Brooke Houts will not be charged in connection with a video posted to YouTube that showed her hitting her dog. The LAPD's Animal Task Force has reportedly investigated the incident, according to BuzzFeed News, and has decided Houts' actions did not constitute animal cruelty.
Houts apologized after video appearing to show her slapping and spitting on her Doberman was uploaded to her page. The video was quickly taken down. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano has more.
