So... this happened during Hurricane Dorian. I have no idea why this would be a good idea to anyone, but that's why I'm typing from the comfort and safety of the studio and this person is kite surfing during Hurricane Dorian. What did he wake up and tell himself this morning... "Wow, this is a devastating hurricane with crazy winds... let me grab my board, my kite and suit up for some awesome surfing!" Yeah, it probably went just like that. It's all fun and games until... well, you know. SMDH. People are interesting... but no judgement (LOL).
