Roulette Delgato is a Portland rapper who did not grow up near other LGBTQ people. He was born during his mother's prison sentence, and came out as a gay man on a 2014 Divorce Court episode.
Since then Roulette has become a pillar in the community. Performing in front of huge crowds including our 2019 Boo Bomb at the Moda Center. Most recently was named the NW Pride Ambassador and performing at Central Oregon's Pride Fest.
