Supreme Court Ruling Allows Subpoena Of Trump's Tax Records

The Supreme Court ruled on two cases related to President Trump's financial records.

In the first, SCOTUS ruled 7-2 that Trump is not immune from New York prosecutor's subpoena of his tax returns as part of an investigation into hush-money payments to two women who claim they had extra-marital affairs with Trump.

In the second, however, the justices ruled that House subpoenas for President Trump’s financial documents will remain blocked.

The decisions came after POTUS' long fight to keep his personal finances private.
