Ice Cube Reacts To Altered Pic Showing Him & 50 Cent Wearing Trump Hats

Ice Cube called out Eric Trump after an altered picture of the rapper and fellow hip-hop artist 50 Cent wearing "Trump 2020" hats started circulating on social media. Eric Trump tweeted the fake photo Tuesday (October 20), saying "Two great, courageous, Americans!" along with two American flag emojis. "N**** please..." Ice Cube simply tweeted back while linking Eric Trump's now deleted tweet.

The original photo was tweeted by Ice Cube on July 6 as a shoutout to 50 Cent on his birthday. "Happy birthday to the homie," Ice Cube wrote in the post, who was wearing a Big3 hat in the photo. Big 3 is a 3-on-3 basketball league the rapper and actor founded. 50 Cent donned a New York Yankees hat.

Ice Cube faced backlash last week for working with President Donald Trump's administration on a plan for Black America. "Facts: I put out the CWBA. Both parties contacted me," the rapper tweeted. "Dems said we’ll address the CWBA after the election. Trump campaign made some adjustments to their plan after talking to us about the CWBA."

50 Cent caught some attention this week after he made an Instagram post following the reveal of former Vice President Joe Biden's tax proposal, which included heavier taxes on American households making $400,000 or more in income. Experts say residents in New York city and state, New Jersey and California could see over 60% in tax rates, as well. "WHAT THE F***! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT," he wrote. "F*** NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. don’t care Trump doesn’t like Black people 62 percent are you out of ya f****** mind." The rapper doubled down on his statement Tuesday on Twitter, saying "Yeah, i don’t want to be 20cent. 62% is a very, very, bad idea. i don’t like it !”
