Sean "Diddy" Combs' mother, Janice Combs, is taking a stand for her son as she attempts to defend him amid all mounting allegations in his sex trafficking case.

Mrs. Combs' legal team released a statement about her son to The Hollywood Reporter on Sunday night, October 6. Combs, who also resides in South Florida along with Diddy, said she is "devastated and profoundly saddened" by all the allegations that are stacked up against the Bad Boy founder. She acknowledges that her son isn't "perfect," but Combs said the "public lynching" of her son has been "unbearable" for her family.

"Watching the world make jokes and laugh at my son’s life crumbling before our eyes is something I can never forget," Combs wrote. "It is truly agonizing to watch the world turn against my son so quickly and easily over lies and misconceptions, without ever hearing his side or affording him the opportunity to present his side. These lies thrown at him are motivated by those seeking a financial gain, and not justice."

"To make matters worse, the federal government is now using these lies to prosecute my son," she continued. "This injustice has been unbearable for our family. The worst part of this ordeal is watching my beloved son be stripped of his dignity, not for what he did, but for what people choose to believe about him."

Combs' statement comes shortly after several attorneys announced their plans to represent over 120 clients who claim they are the victims of Diddy and his alleged enterprise of people who helped facilitate his pattern of abuse over the past three decades. Combs is currently behind bars at a jail in Brooklyn as he awaits his trial for criminal charges including sex trafficking, racketeering and transporting prostitutes. He previously pleaded not guilty and was denied bond twice.

Since his arrest last month, several more witnesses have recently come forward with other evidence for federal investigators. The feds are currently reviewing witnesses' testimonies and evidence to see if they can bring more charges to Combs in the coming weeks. Despite all the new updates in the case, Mrs. Combs wants her son to have his day in court to explain his side of the story.

"I ask his supporters, fans, colleagues, friends, and the public, to not judge him before you’ve had the chance to hear his side," she concluded. "I beg you to think about those who have been wrongfully persecuted, to remember that not everyone who has made mistakes in life deserves to have their entire existence judged by a single action or a few mistakes. My son is not the monster they have painted him to be, and he deserves the chance to tell his side. I can only pray that I am alive to see him speak his truth and be vindicated.”
