A person in a Salem apartment complex was injured Saturday morning when it was built by a car.
Salem Police say 22-year-old Isabella Moreno crashed into another vehicle at Owens Street S and Fairmount Avenue S.
Her car hit three other cars and then the apartment complex. A person in the apartments, and Moreno, both suffered minor injuries.
Moreno is charged with driving under the influence. Police say her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
