A man in New York was in for a rude awakening when one of his legs fell straight through a sinkhole while he was minding his business and crossing the street.
The pavement gave way beneath him, swallowing his right leg. Firefighters were filmed working to pull him out of the hole," Huffington Post writes. "After some struggle, he was finally freed but lacking one his shoes & exposing a hole that appeared several inches wide in the ground."
