This is a new one... a life sentence ending cause the life ended but then the person walking out of jail?
Benjamin Schreiber was sentenced to life in prison back in 1997 after he committing first degree murder. And that was a life sentence WITHOUT the possibility of parole. Well... he become ill in custody, his heart stopped and had to be revived at the hospital. He was clinically dead for a couple minutes before being revived. Now him and his legal team say that since he died, his life ended which means his life sentence should be over as well. I mean... he's TECHNICALLY not wrong lol. The Iowa court system of course isn't having it though lol.
