The Medical Examiner has identified the body of a man found on westbound I-84 near exit 17 (257th Avenue) last Friday.
29-year-old Brandon Miller was from California.
They don't know how he died and they have not ruled out that he was hit by a vehicle.
At the time he was found, Miller was wearing blue jeans and a black, gray, and teal zip-up sweatshirt.
The East County Major Crimes Team is seeking information for this investigation.
