The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division, asks the public to help find Noelle Johnson, age 7, and Addyson Gibson, age 12, siblings who went missing with their caregivers Kashia Vann (mother to both children) and Gary Johnson (father to Noelle) from Portland on Sept. 28, 2020.
ODHS believes that Noelle and Addyson may be at risk and is searching for them to assess their safety.
ODHS asks the public to help in the effort to find Noelle and Addyson. Anyone who suspects they have information about the location of Noelle and Addyson or their caregivers Kashia Vann and Gary Johnson should call 911 or the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline at 1-855-503-SAFE (7233). It is believed that they may be in Oregon; or the cities of Vancouver, Washington; San Jose, California; or Las Vegas, Nevada.
