Portland (3-5) got 24 points from Anfernee Simons and 19 points and 13 rebounds from Deandre Ayton and impressive play in the fourth from Dalano Banton in the win.
Banton finished with 20 points on 8-of-9 shooting all coming in the fourth quarter when Portland took control of the game. The Trail Blazers outscored the Pelicans 39-18 in the period and connected on 15-of-19 of their field goals.
Toumani Camara finished with 16 points and six rebounds and Jerami Grant added 16 points and two steals.
Robert Williams III was cleared to play before the game, but did not make an appearance.
Ayton iced the game with a three-pointer pushing the Blazers' lead to 15 at 108-93 with 2:46 remaining.
Up Next- The Trail Blazers will travel to San Antonio to meet the Spurs on Thursday evening. The game is scheduled to tip off at 5:00 PM.
