Devin Booker led Phoenix (25-23) with a game-high 37 points and Kevin Durant added 22 points on 9-of-18 shooting.
Portland took control of the game with a 28-12 second quarter run to build a 61-46 halftime lead. The Trail Blazers led by 19 entering the following a 37-point third quarter. They had a 13-0 advantage in fastbreak points and a 22-2 edge with points in the paint in the period.
The Suns never threatened in the fourth.
Portland (20-29) dominated the paint with a 66-32 edge in points, a 29-7 edge in fastbreak points, and scored 24 points off of 19 Phoenix turnovers.
