Jamal Murray added 17 points and eight assists before picking up his second technical foul and Julian Strawther finished with 18 for Denver.
The seven-game winning streak is the longest of the season for the Nuggets.
Dalano Banton led Portland (23-31) with 22 points and Donvan Clingan finished with a career-high 21 points on a perfect 8-for-8 shooting.
Portland pulled to within nine at 87-78 in the third, but Denver closed the quarter on a 25-14 run and took a 112-92 lead into the fourth.
The rest of the game was all Nuggets as they led by as many as 32 enroute to an easy victory.
