We are proud to announce another exciting year of POH-Hop (The Portland Oregon Hip-Hop Festival), which will take place December 6th - 8th in Portland, OR. This marks the 14th year of The Portland Oregon Hip-Hop Festival. We will be celebrating the start of POH-Hop with our Pre-Funk Showcase on Tuesday, November 28th at The Ash Street. One of the bittersweet points of this year's festival is that it will also signal the final days of one of Portland's most receptive venues to local musicians. The Ash Street will cease operations as of December 31st, and what better way to close it all out then with multiple days of showcases and panels to celebrate The Ash Street and Hip-Hop culture in The Pacific Northwest.
We will also feature an Official Kickoff Party that will showcase the DJ skils of Official Portland Trailblazer DJ OG One, as well as performances from Rich Hunter and Mooky.
Another fine mission of this years festival is to also raise toys for those in need through our yearly toy drive efforts. Every night of the festival will serve as a dropoff point for gifts and toys. Over the years through our toy drive efforts we have raised thousands of toys for those in need. And if that isn't enough, we've incorporated 2 stellar panels featuring some highly knowledgeable industry exec's who will discuss "The Importance of Quality Content" and "The Qualities Of A Bookable Artist".
To close everything out we will have 2 amazing showcases filled with a variety of artists from Portland and beyond. We are looking forward to another exciting year of POH-Hop and we would love to have your support of this year's festival and toy drive.
